We sincerely hope that you enjoy your experience at our car wash.  Please thoroughly read through the following information as it pertains to the Unlimited Wash Club program. There are numerous benefits to this program, as well as some administrative items you need to know.

Available Packages  

This program is designed to streamline the car wash service and payment process. The credit card that you provide will automatically be billed the cost of the membership each month on the “Recharge Date” of purchase. This ensures that your membership will not be delayed, nor will you need to worry about payment each time you visit our wash.  However, if you get a replacement card it will be your responsibility to inform EZ Clean Car Wash so there are no interruption of services.

What is the Unlimited Wash Club?


The Unlimited Wash Club is a month to month membership service which allows you to wash your vehicle every day, one time a day for one low monthly fee with no contracts.




How do I sign up for Unlimited Wash Club?


It’s quick and easy to sign up! Stop by EZ Clean Car Wash and ask one of our attendants about our Unlimited Wash Club.




When will I be billed for my membership?


The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date (“Recharge Date”) for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and no fuss! Plus, it’s easy to update or cancel your plan.




Can I use my Unlimited Wash membership with more than one vehicle?


No, the program is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account. Also, this program is for personal use only: Limo’s, taxi’s, and other commercial use vehicles are strictly prohibited.




I got a new car, what do I do?


Visit your local EZ Clean Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle's License Tag information. They will take care of everything for you!




Can I upgrade my membership?


YES! Simply let an attendant know you would like to upgrade your current wash package. You can do so at any time during your plan and just pay the difference. Your “Recharge Date” will remain the same as the original date of purchase




How do I cancel my membership?


You may opt-out of the program at any time. We simply require a written (7) day notice prior to your next “Recharge Date” to cancel. A Form can be filled out furing our normal business hours Sunday thru Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm at the wash or email to info@ezcleanwash.com. Cancellation must be in writing.




Will I receive a refund or partial credit after I cancel my plan?


No, you will not receive a refund or partial credit. Your plan remains active until your next “Recharge Date”.
