We sincerely hope that you enjoy your experience at our car wash. Please thoroughly read through the following information as it pertains to the Unlimited Wash Club program. There are numerous benefits to this program, as well as some administrative items you need to know.

This program is designed to streamline the car wash service and payment process. The credit card that you provide will automatically be billed the cost of the membership each month on the “Recharge Date” of purchase. This ensures that your membership will not be delayed, nor will you need to worry about payment each time you visit our wash. However, if you get a replacement card it will be your responsibility to inform EZ Clean Car Wash so there are no interruption of services.
What is the Unlimited Wash Club?The Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service that enables you to wash your vehicle every day, one time a day for one low monthly fee with no contracts.
How do I sign up for Unlimited Wash Club?It’s quick and easy to sign up! Stop by E-Z Clean Car Wash and ask one of our attendants about our Unlimited Wash Club.
When will I be billed for my membership?The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date (“Auto-Bill Date”) for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and no fuss! Plus, it’s easy to update or cancel your plan.
Can I use my Unlimited Wash membership with more than one vehicle?No, the program is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account. Also, this program is for personal use only: Limo’s, taxi’s, and other commercial use vehicles are strictly prohibited.
I got a new car, what do I do?"Visit your local E-Z Clean Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information and get a new RFID tag. They will take care of everything for you!
Can I upgrade my membership?If you would like to change the package that you have originally signed up to receive, you may do so at any time by making this simple request with our personnel. Your “Auto-Bill Date” will remain the same as the original date of purchase
How do I cancel my membership?You may opt-out of the program at any time prior to the “Auto-Bill Date”. Please allow up to 7 days prior to your “Auto-Bill Date” to cancel during the normal business hours Sunday thru Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm by filling out the cancellation form at the wash or email to email@example.com. Cancellation must be in writing.
Will I receive a refund or partial credit after I cancel my plan?No, you will not receive a refund or partial credit. Your plan remains active until your next “Auto-Bill Date”.
